The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understandings ("MOUs") :- 1. MOU dated 30 October 2025 between Asia Poly Industrial Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.:98401019729 (132287-H)], and PT. Huasu Poly Industry -There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 29 May 2026. 2. MOU dated 12 March 2025 between Ecogreen Monomer Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Zhen Xing Plastic Sdn. Bhd.)[Registration No.: 201801033017 (1295044-P)] and Sumitomo Corporation Asia & Oceania Pte. Ltd.[(Registration No. 199101899M)] together with Sumima Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.: 198701005367 (164038-P)] -There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 29 May 2026. This announcement is dated 21 August 2026.
