Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 16 July 2026 and 6 August 2026 in relation to the winding-up petition filed by Super Sunrise Sdn. Bhd. ("Petitioner") against SMSB ("Petition") in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur ("Court") ("Earlier Announcements").

The Board of Directors of Taghill wishes to announce that the Court had conducted a case management on 18 August 2026.

During the case management, the Petitioner had informed the Court of its intention to withdraw the Petition, with liberty to file afresh, no order as to costs and for the deposit of RM3,000.00 to be refunded by the Insolvency Department.

The Court has fixed the matter for further case management on 7 September 2026 before the Court for the Petitioner to record the withdrawal of the Petition.

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments in respect of the above matter in accordance with the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
