Further to the latest announcement dated 21 May 2026 ("Announcement"), the announcement dated 27 February 2026, and subsequent updates disclosed in the latest quarterly reports released on 23 July 2026 ("Disclosure"), unless otherwise defined, the definitions and terms used as set out in the Announcements and Disclosures shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of the Fund wishes to announce that further to the case management for the Fund's application for leave to appeal against the Court of Appeal decision in Federal Court Civil Application No. 08(f)-126-03/2026(W) and Federal Court Civil Application No. 08(f)-129-03/2026(W) ("Motions"), the Federal Court has rescheduled the hearing of the Motions to 17 November 2026 and instructed the following to be filed on or before 2 November 2026:

1. Written Submissions;

2. Bundle of Authorities;

3. Executive Summary; and

4. Common Core Bundle.

The next case management has been fixed on 3 November 2026.

The Fund will make further announcement on the developments of the above matter as and when necessary.
