Working experience and occupation	Mr. Chan started his career as a Test Engineer with Digital Appliance Control Sdn Bhd ("DAC"), a subsidiary of Digital Appliance Control Inc. (owned by Emerson Group, USA), in 1995. His last position held was as the Head of Engineering & Electrical Division before leaving DAC in 1997. Thereafter, he took up the role as an entrepreneur focusing on the semiconductor, electronics components and IT fields in Asia. He later developed a special interest in corporate restructuring and, over the years, has provided advisory services in relation to takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, and funding requirements for public listed and private companies across various industries. Mr. Chan carries with him more than 20 years of experience in providing corporate advisory to both local and international clients. He has worked closely with the clients to develop growth strategies, spearhead business directions, expansion and growth strategies, sustainability and profitability analysis/efficiency, fund raising and etc.
