a wholly-owned subsidiary of SCIB and Inland World Sdn. Bhd. ("Announcement").

The Board of Directors of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad ("SCIB" or "the Company") wishes to provide additional information in relation to the Agreement entered into between SCIB Ecobuild Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned 

subsidiary of SCIB and Inland World Sdn. Bhd.
