PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN THE COMPANY ("SHARES" OR "ZETRIX AI SHARES")

This announcement is dated 13 August 2026 ("Announcement").

 

We refer to the Company's announcements dated 25 February 2026, 26 February 2026, 2 March 2026, 4 March 2026 and 5 March 2026 in relation to the proposed private placement of new Zetrix AI Shares ("Earlier Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.

 

As at the date of this Announcement, Zetrix AI has issued 29,252,616 Placement Shares, thus leaving a balance of up to 360,570,558 Placement Shares which is available to be issued.

 

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Company has on today sought the approval from Bursa Securities for an extension of time of 6 months from 2 September 2026 to 1 March 2027 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement.
