We refer to the earlier announcements dated 26 June 2025, 4 July 2025, 15 August 2025, 3 September 2025, 4 December 2025, 30 January 2026, 7 April 2026, 13 April 2026, 17 April 2026 and 20 April 2026 in relation to the Proposals.
