The Company wishes to announce that the Company has become aware of a notice published in New Straits Times classifieds dated 11 August 2026 in relation to a winding-up petition purportedly filed against WBSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Based on the said newspaper notice, the winding-up petition was purportedly filed by DJSB ("Petitioner").

As at the date of this announcement, WBSB has not received any formal service of the winding-up petition or any related court documents from the Petitioner or the Court.

The Company is in the process of verifying the particulars and circumstances relating to the purported winding-up petition and will make the necessary further announcement upon receipt of the relevant information and/or documents.

The Company will continue to monitor the matter and assess its impact on the Group. At this juncture, the Company is unable to ascertain the financial and operational impact, if any, arising from the matter.

Further announcement(s) will be made as and when there are material developments in relation to the above matter.
