Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Pioneer Heat Holdings Berhad dated 12 August 2026.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 12 August 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 3 September 2026. 

In the event there is any change to the dates stated above, we will advertise the notice of the changes in a widely circulated daily English and Bahasa Malaysia newspaper in Malaysia, and make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
