Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 8 July 2026 ("Announcement") relating to the change of its financial year end from 31 May 2026 to 30 November 2026. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of Taghill wishes to announce that the Company's application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") for an extension of time up to 31 May 2027 to hold its annual general meeting, pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016, has been approved by the CCM on 11 August 2026.
