PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN THE COMPANY ("JETSON SHARES" OR "SHARES") REPRESENTING UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF THE COMPANY (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES, IF ANY) PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 75 AND 76 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2016 ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

References are made to the announcements in relation to the Private Placement dated 4 December 2025, 5 December 2025, 17 December 2025, 19 December 2025 and 9 July 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 11 August 2026 ("Price-Fixing Date") resolved to fix the issue price for 13,350,000 Placement Shares, being the first tranche of the Private Placement, at RM0.075 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").

 

The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0007 or approximately 0.92% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Jetson Shares up to and including 10 August 2026, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date, of RM0.0757 per Jetson Share.
