We refer to the announcements dated 27 March 2025, 10 April 2025, 30 May 2025, 9 June 2025, 15 July 2025, 15 August 2025, as well as the updates in relation to the Lawsuit provided vide the Company's quarterly reports, the latest of which being the quarterly report for the financial period ended 31 March 2026 issued on 22 May 2026 ("Q2 2026 Report") on the above matter. Unless otherwise defined, the terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the announcements on the above matter and the Q2 2026 Report.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that:

(a) On 10 August 2026, the Court of Appeal has allowed the Appeal Against Decision to Strike Out.

(b) On 10 August 2026, the Court of Appeal has allowed the Appeal Against Dismissal of Amendment.

Pursuant to the Court of Appeal's decision on 10 August 2026, the names of LSH Service Master, LSHBB and SMSB shall be parties in the Lawsuit, the trial of which has been scheduled to take place from 28 June 2027 to 2 July 2027.

The Board of Directors of LSH Capital also wishes to inform that vacant possession of Kuala Lumpur Tower was delivered by the Government of Malaysia to LSH Service Master on 19 April 2025. Since 26 April 2025, LSH Service Master has been operating the business and managing Kuala Lumpur Tower. The ongoing Lawsuit is not expected to materially affect LSH Service Master's rights, business and operations of Kuala Lumpur Tower pursuant to the Concession Agreement dated 10 March 2025.

Further announcement will be made as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
