PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 30% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF DIGISTAR ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 27 February 2026 in relation to the Private Placement ("Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that it had, on 7 August 2026, submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek its approval for an extension of time for the Company to implement and complete the Private Placement.
