| Working experience and occupation | Ms. Yau Hui Sun began her career as an Accounts Assistant with a subsidiary of a company listed on the Singapore Exchange, where she was subsequently promoted to Senior Accounts Executive. During her 10-year tenure, she was responsible for the accounting functions of the subsidiaries and was involved in the incorporation of a joint venture business. In 2016, Ms. Yau joined ACO Group Berhad as an Accountant and was instrumental in establishing the Group's finance department and related finance functions. She was also actively involved in the Group's Initial Public Offering exercise. In 2020, Ms. Yau was promoted to Finance Manager, overseeing the Group's finance, accounting, treasury and investor relations functions. She is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, financial planning, regulatory compliance and corporate finance matters. She also led the establishment of the Group's new headquarters in Johor. Ms. Yau obtained a Professional Master of Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in February 2024. |
