Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors' of Asia File Corporation Bhd ("AFC") wishes to announce that AFC and its wholly owned subsidiary companies ("AFC Group"), have in the ordinary course of business entered into RRPT(s) as disclosed in Appendix A and the collective consideration of such RRPT is 1.04% of Percentage Ratio during the period from 14 August 2025 to 6 August 2026.
