TAGHILL HOLDINGS BERHAD ("TAGHILL" OR THE "COMPANY") - UPDATE ON THE WINDING-UP PETITION FILED AGAINST ITS WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY, SIAB (M) SDN BHD ("SMSB") (THE "PETITION")

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 16 July 2026 in relation to the winding-up petition filed by Super Sunrise Sdn. Bhd. against SMSB ("Petition") in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur ("Court") ("Earlier Announcements").

 

The Board of Directors of Taghill wishes to announce that the Court had conducted a case management on 5 August 2026.

 

The Court has fixed the matter for further case management via e-Review on 18 August 2026 for Super Sunrise Sdn. Bhd. ("Petitioner") to update the Court on its instructions in light of the judicial management order ("JMO") granted in respect of SMSB and the Petition.

 

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments in respect of the above matter in accordance with the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
