Reference is made to the announcements made on 31 July 2024, 2 August 2024, 8 August 2024, 21 August 2024, 4 September 2024, 25 September 2024, 26 September 2024, 19 November 2024, 3 April 2025, 9 April 2025, 29 May 2025, 19 June 2025 and 14 August 2025 regarding Suit 111.

 

All abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as the words and expressions defined in the said announcements.

 

Further to the earlier announcements made, the Board wishes to provide the following updates.

 

Trial for Suit 111 will be proceeded at the Penang High Court on 4 to 6 November 2026 and 10 to 13 November 2026. The next case management to update on the status of the pre-trial documents is fixed on 14 October 2026.

 

Parties will be attending a mediation session for Suit 111that will be presided by His Lordship Azlan bin Sulaiman on 29 September 2026 at the Penang High Court.

 

Further announcements on the material development of the above matter will be made from time to time, where necessary.
