The Board of Directors of BMS ("Board") wishes to announce that Jubin BMS (1990) Sdn. Bhd. ("Jubin BMS (1990)" or the "Purchaser"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 6 August 2026 entered into a letter of offer dated 6 August 2026 with Chyen Huat Hardware Sdn. Bhd. ("CHHSB" or the "Vendor") ("Letter of Offer") for the proposed acquisition of a workshop together with offices erected on a freehold land known as Geran Mukim 7804, Lot 44637, Seksyen 1, Bandar Ceras, Daerah Hulu Langat, Negeri Selangor, measuring approximately 4,555 square metres ("sq.m.") ("Property"), for a cash consideration of RM23,800,000.00 ("Purchase Consideration") ("Proposed Acquisition").

In addition to the above, the Company will make the necessary announcement(s) to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") to provide further information on the Proposed Acquisition upon the execution of the sales and purchase agreement with the Vendor ("SPA").
