Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Company's circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposals dated 20 July 2026. On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the MKH Conditional SSA has become unconditional on 6 August 2026. Accordingly, Maybank IB has, on behalf of the Offeror, served the notices of take-over offer ("Notices") on the Board of Directors of MKH and the Board of Directors of MKHOP respectively in accordance with subparagraph 9.10(1)(b)(i) of the Rules. A copy of each of the Notices are attached below. This Announcement is dated 6 August 2026.
