Prior to assuming his current role as an Executive Director, Mr. Cheong Hong Yip was a General Manager of Formosa Prosonic Industries Berhad ("FPI" or "the Company"). 

He began his career with FPI in the Purchasing Department. In recognition of his potential, the Company provided him with extensive cross-functional training and exposure across various departments within the business group and manufacturing divisions, including Quality Control, Shipping, Production Engineering, and Warehouse Management. He also gained valuable experience in the preparation and closing of divisional accounts, enabling him to develop a comprehensive understanding of both operational and financial management. This broad exposure has equipped him with strong business knowledge, manufacturing expertise, and leadership capabilities across the organization. 

Having been involved in the Company's strategic management meetings for more than 20 years, he has gained a deep understanding of the Company's vision, values, and operational spirit. His experience enables him to clearly recognize the Company's needs and identify the right strategies to drive its continued growth.
