We refer to the announcements by Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad ("AMH" or the "Company") on the following dates: (a) 18 December 2023 in relation to the grant of shares in the Company ("Shares") under the AMH Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") to eligible employees; and (b) 31 July 2026 in relation to the additional listing of new Shares issued pursuant to the vesting of share awards under the said LTIP grant. AMH has received notifications from its principal officers pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on the acquisition of Shares arising from the abovementioned vesting.
