The Board of Directors of Inspace Creation wishes to announce that Image Articulation had on 1 August 2026 entered into a distribution agreement with Novah ("Agreement"). Pursuant to the Agreement, Novah has appointed Image Articulation as its exclusive distributor for the distribution and sale of certain Novah-branded office furniture products within Malaysia, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
