The MALAKOFC81 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 14 May 2026. The MALAKOFC81 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 26 May 2026. The obligations of CLSASM under MALAKOFC81 are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 14 May 2026.
