| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Ng Tong Chin was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of CE Technology Berhad on 5 February 2024 and oversees the Company's Finance & Accounts, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability functions. He is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), United Kingdom, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and a Certified ESG Professional. He has more than 30 years of experience in finance, business development, strategic planning and international operations across the cleanroom, technology, manufacturing, automotive and consumer products industries. He has also accumulated extensive experience in the cleanroom and contamination control industry, serving customers in the semiconductor and electronics sectors. Prior to joining CE Technology Berhad, he served as Commercial Director of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad, based in Vietnam, where he was responsible for business development, strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives. Prior to that, he was the Group General Manager of Tele System Group from 2013 to 2021. He also spent more than 10 years in China, holding various senior management positions with responsibility for finance, operations and business management. At CE Technology Berhad, he is responsible for the Company's financial management, corporate affairs, sustainability initiatives and supports the execution of the Company's corporate strategy. |
