Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and acronyms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Company's earlier announcement made on 14 October 2025 in relation to the Share Subscription Agreement ("SSA") entered into with Admiral Potential Sdn. Bhd. ("APSB") and Anglo-Eastern Plantations PLC ("AEP") for the subscription of new ordinary shares in APSB, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company ("Transaction").

The Board of Directors of CBIPH wishes to announce that the Transaction has been completed on 31 July 2026. Consequently, APSB and PT Jaya Jadi Utama have ceased to be the Company's direct and indirect subsidiary respectively.
