References are made to the announcements dated 10 October 2025, 15 October 2025, 27 March 2026 and 14 April 2026 in relation to the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 31 July 2026 ("Price-fixing Date") fixed the issue price for the for the 1st tranche Private Placement at RM0.025 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").

The Issue Price is at a discount of RM0.0027 or approximately 9.75% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Key ASIC Shares up to and including 30 July 2026 (being the market day preceding the Price-fixing Date) of RM0.0277 per Key ASIC Share.
