(IV)DISPOSAL; AND
(V) ESOS.
(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSALS")

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals shall apply herein.


The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the disposal of 27.72 acres of land in Putra Perdana forming part of Master Title Pajakan Negeri 39258, Lot 14009, Mukim Dengkil, Daerah Sepang, Negeri Selangor ("Property") by TTB's wholly-owned subsidiary, Talam Leisure Development Sdn Bhd to Ever Mark (M) Sdn Bhd ("EMSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Properties Sdn Bhd ("IJMP") has completed today, being the 15th day from the Unconditional Date, following the setting-off of the whole RM66 million ("Completion Payment Sum") against the indebtedness owing by TTB to IJMP pro tanto, in an amount equivalent to the Completion Payment Sum and delivery of vacant possession of the Property to the purchaser, EMSB.

 

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that with this completion of item "(IV) Disposal",  all the Multiple Proposals have now been fully completed.
