On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that Komark International (M) Sdn Bhd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Komarkcorp) had on 31 July 2026 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with QM Print Sdn Bhd for the disposal of an industrial premise erected with a double storey detached factory together with 3-storey office annexed, held under Title No. GM 6175, Lot No. 46730, Tempat of Sungai Balak, Pekan Kajang, District of Ulu Langat, State of Selangor, for a cash consideration of RM40.00 million ("Proposed Disposal").
