Further to the announcement made on 21 April 2026, the Board of Directors of AIMAX wishes to announce that during the case management held on 31 July 2026, the Plaintiffs' solicitors informed the High Court that the parties had reached an amicable settlement and wished to withdraw the legal action.

 

Accordingly, the High Court struck out the action with no liberty to file afresh and made no order as to costs. In view of the withdrawal of action, the trial dates fixed from 8 June 2027 to 10 June 2027 have been vacated by the High Court.
