We refer to the previous announcement 9 June 2026 in relation to the Proposed Development. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the said announcement shall apply herein.

The Company is pleased to announce that all conditions precedent as stipulated in the Collaboration Agreement have been duly fulfilled by the Parties on 31 July 2026.

Accordingly, the Collaboration Agreement has become unconditional and has been completed in accordance with its terms on 31 July 2026.
