The Board of Directors of PRG wishes to announce that Premier Construction (International) Sdn Bhd ("PCI"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRG Construction Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRG, had on 30 July 2026, received statutory demand pursuant to Section 465(1)(e) and Section 466(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016 from Messrs. Vin Law Co., acting on behalf of EKL Metal Sdn Bhd in relation to amounts allegedly owing by PCI.
