Reference is made to the Announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that an office copy of the sealed High Court Order dated 13 July 2026 has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 31 July 2026. Accordingly, the Special Resolution for the Privatisation as confirmed by the High Court Order has taken effect on 31 July 2026 pursuant to subsection 116(6) of the Act.

 

The settlement of the Offer Price to the Entitled Shareholders will be effected on 7 August 2026.
