He also led various corporate restructuring and turnaround exercises involving companies with a collective value of approximately RM2.0 billion. In 2002, Dato' Hazli founded Haz-iq Capital Sdn Bhd, a corporate advisory firm, and currently serves as its Founder and Managing Director. Throughout his career, he has successfully raised close to RM1.0 billion through the capital markets and financial institutions, completed IPOs with a cumulative market capitalisation of approximately RM1.5 billion, and led corporate debt restructuring exercises amounting to approximately RM2.5 billion. Dato' Hazli currently serves as a Director of Lebtech Berhad, a position he has held since April 2013, and as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Muda Holdings Berhad since April 2023.
