Outcome of Meeting

The Board of Directors of I REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd., the manager of AME Real Estate Investment Trust ("AME REIT") is pleased to announce that the resolution set out in the notice of the Fourth Annual General Meeting of AME REIT ("4th AGM") dated 16 June 2026 was duly passed at the 4th AGM held on 30 July 2026.

 

Resolution tabled at the 4th AGM was voted by poll and results of the poll were verified by Sky Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by AME REIT.  Please refer to the attachment for the poll results verified by the independent scrutineer.
