Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 10 November 2025, 12 November 2025, 6 January 2026, 14 January 2026, 7 April 2026, 23 April 2026, 13 May 2026 and 8 June 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Announcements.
The Board wishes to announce that following the case management fixed via e-Review on 29 July 2026, the Court has given the following directions:
Enclosure 25 has been withdrawn with no order as to costs;
The hearing of Enclosure 1 has been fixed on 17 September 2026 at 9:00 a.m.;
Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd ("Applicant") is to ensure compliance with the requirements under the Companies (Corporate Rescue Mechanism) Rules 2018 ("Rules"); and
- A compliance case management for Enclosure 1 has been fixed via e-Review on 27 August 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for Applicant to update the Court on its compliance with the Rules.
In the meantime, the Board wishes to inform that the moratorium under Section 410(c) of the Companies Act 2016 shall continue to remain in effect for SCSB.
