The Board of Directors of Agmo wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Share Buy-Back Authority and Proposed Shareholders' Mandate at the forthcoming Fifth Annual General Meeting.

 

A Statement/Circular to the Company's shareholders setting out the details of the Proposed Share Buy-Back Authority and Proposed Shareholders' Mandate pertaining thereto will be issued in due course.
