INTRODUCTION

The Board of Directors of MCE HOLDINGS BERHAD ("MCE" or "the Company") ("the Board')  wishes to announce that VANTAGE REALM SDN. BHD. [Registration No. 201301016509 (1046342-M)] ("VRSB"), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary had on 27 July 2026 commenced Member's Voluntary Winding-Up pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2016 ("Winding-Up").

DETAILS OF VRSB UNDER WINDING UP

Date of Incorporation                              : 16 May 2013

Principal Activity Prior to Winding Up      : Investment Holding and Provision for Healthcare Services.

Issued Share Capital                               : RM30,000,000.00

RATIONALE

VRSB is currently inactive and has no intention to carry on its business or operations in the future. The Winding Up will reduce administrative expenses and costs.

EFFECTS OF THE WINDING UP

The Winding Up of VRSB will not have any material financial or operational effect on the MCE Group for the current financial year ending 31 July 2026.
