The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Federal Court hearing in relation to Bellajade's appeal was held today.

Following the hearing of submissions by the parties, the Federal Court has reserved its decision. No date has been fixed for the delivery of the decision. The parties will be notified by the Federal Court once the decision is ready to be delivered.

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments in due course.
