In July 1994, she commenced her career as an Accounts Assistant with Juru Ukur Bahan Malaysia. She subsequently joined H & I Niaga Sdn. Bhd. as an Accounts Executive in March 1996.

In June 2002, she joined Consolidated Farms Berhad as an Accountant, where she was responsible for compiling financial data and preparing the company's financial statements.

She left Consolidated Farms Berhad in June 2004 and joined Industri Teknologi Mikro Sdn. Bhd. (now known as Mikro Sdn. Bhd.), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mikro MSC Berhad, as an Accountant in July 2004. Her responsibilities included forecasting financial performance, monitoring budgets and reconciling accounts.

In December 2005, she was promoted to Finance and Administration Manager, overseeing the group's finance and accounting functions, including treasury, corporate finance, credit risk management, cash flow management, financial planning and general administration.

In June 2018, she was appointed as an Executive Director of Mikro MSC Berhad. In this role, she was responsible for managing the group's financial activities and human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits. She held this position until her resignation in December 2025.

In April 2026, she joined Wibawa Gagah Sdn. Bhd., a company principally involved in building, civil engineering, and mechanical and electrical solutions, as an Independent Finance Adviser. Her responsibilities include advising the management on financial strategies, financial planning, internal control systems and governance-related matters, as well as reviewing the work performed by the accounts manager and finance personnel.

She currently also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Evocom Berhad, having been appointed on 18 November 2025.
