The Board of Directors of SNS Network Technology Berhad ("SNS" or "the Company") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd ("SNS Network" or "the Supplier"), had on 26 July 2026 entered into a Sales Agreement ("the Agreement") with a private limited company incorporated in Singapore ("the Buyer"), a leading Singapore-based global digital entertainment company for the supply, delivery, and provision of High Performance AI Servers ("the Products") to the Buyer ("the Proposed Supply").
