Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 5 December 2025, pertaining to the proposed disposal of Rumah Selangorku (RSKU) land by Crimson Villa Sdn Bhd ("Vendor"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company to Trans Loyal Development Sdn Bhd ("Purchaser") ["Proposed Disposal"].

The Company wishes to announce that as of 27 July 2026 both the Purchaser and the Vendor have mutually agreed to extend the Conditional Period to 3 December 2026 for the Purchaser to fulfil all the Conditions Precedent.

Save for the aforementioned extension, the other salient terms of the SPA remain unchanged.

Further developments to the Proposed Disposal will be announced, as required, to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
