We refer to the announcements dated 10 February 2026, 23 February 2026, 3 March 2026, 9 March 2026, 2 April 2026, 6 April 2026, 29 April 2026, 22 May 2026 and 1 July 2026 in relation to the Capital Reduction. Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the previous announcements in relation to the Capital Reduction shall apply herein. 

 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of BHIC, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the notice to the shareholders of BHIC, holder of RCPS A and holders of RCPS-i A (collectively, the "Entitled Holders") in relation to the suspension of trading of BHIC Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities and the entitlement date for the Capital Reduction ("Notice") will be despatched to the Entitled Holders on 27 July 2026.
