Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Company's announcement dated 5 June 2026, 12 June 2026, 25 June 2026, 29 June 2026, 30 June 2026 and 15 July 2026 in relation to the Proposed SIS ("Announcements").

 

On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities wishes to announce that all necessary requirements pursuant to Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Listing Requirements have been complied with today for the implementation of the SIS. Accordingly, the effective date of implementation of the SIS is on 24 July 2026.
