Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 24 March 2026, 27 March 2026 and 13 April 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

 

The Board of Directors of Magna wishes to announce that the acquisition of the Sale Land was completed on 23 July 2026 following Twinicon's receipt of confirmation from OCR Avenue that OCR Avenue had received the full net Purchase Price, together with Twinicon's portion of the Outgoings in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
