The Board of Directors of SymLife wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Symphony Estates Sdn. Bhd. (Plaintiff) filed a suit against 51G Development Sdn. Bhd. (Defendant), vide the Shah Alam High Court Civil Suit No.: BA-22NCC-114-07/2026 (Suit 114).

Suit 114 was commenced and/or filed to recover shareholder loans which were provided by the Plaintiff to the Defendant, totalling a sum of RM28,667,466.00 (including interests calculated up until the date of filing of Suit 114).

The Case Management (by e-Review) of Suit 114 is presently scheduled to take place on 7 August 2026 at 9.00 a.m.

SymLife will make the appropriate announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments on the above matter. This announcement is only made now as the sealed Writ of Summons was only extracted recently and clarifications were being sought with the Shah Alam High Court on the accurate date of the Case Management (by e-Review) for Suit 114.
