TA WIN HOLDINGS BERHAD ("TA WIN" OR "THE COMPANY") - EXPIRY OF SHARE ISSUANCE SCHEME ("SIS") AND DISSOLUTION OF SIS COMMITTEE

We refer to the announcements dated 26 August 2021 and 11 January 2023 in relation to the SIS. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

The Board of Directors of Ta Win wishes to announce that the SIS of the Company, which has been in force for a period of five (5) years since its implementation on 26 August 2021, will expire on 25 August 2026. Pursuant to Clause 17 of the SIS By-Laws of the Company, all the unexercised Share Options shall cease, lapse, and have no further effect upon the expiry of the SIS on 25 August 2026.

 

Accordingly, the SIS Committee of Ta Win will be dissolved on 25 August 2026.
