The Board of Directors of PTT wishes to announce that PROTT, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 23 July 2026 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement ("Agreement") with CNANC to collaborate and leverage their respective resources, expertise and capabilities to incorporate a private company limited by shares in Malaysia as a special purpose vehicle to carry out maintenance and related support services in respect of smart industrial warehouses and automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) equipment, including training of competent, qualified and suitably skilled personnel, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
