Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 29 April 2026 pertaining to the former external auditors, Messrs Moore Stephens Associates PLT, who did not seek for reappointment as the external auditors of PTRANS at the 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 23 July 2026 appointed Messrs PKF PLT (AF0911), who have consented to act pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, as the new External Auditors of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
