Unless otherwise stated, the terms used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meanings as those previously defined in the Company's announcement dated 21 July 2026 (Reference Number: GA1- 20072026-00032).
 

Further to the announcement made on 21 July 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce additional information in relation to the Awards as follows:-

The three (3) Letters of Award were issued by RSSB Builders Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199601021696 (394048-M)], a wholly owned subsidiary of Rivertree STF Synergies Berhad [Registration No. 199401015973 (301653-V)] and discussions on the work programme with the customer under the Letters of Award had commenced on 21 July 2026.
