The Board of Directors (Board) of Sersol wishes to announce that the Company had on 21 July 2026 received a notice in writing dated 21 July 2026 from Morison LC PLT (AF 002469) of their resignation as the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016.

The resignation follows the Company's annual assessment of its External Auditors. After considering the proposed audit fees and audit scope, the Board has decided to appoint a new external auditor as part of its good corporate governance practices.

The Board also wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of Sersol.

A further announcement will be made upon the appointment of the new External Auditors.
